Ph.D. in social sciences in the discipline of security studies. Graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (Chemistry, Chemistry Didactics), the Fire University in Warsaw (Chemical Rescue — Hazard Identification and Decontamination), Warsaw University of Technology (Chemical and process engineering), and Rzeszów University of Technology (Occupational health and safety management).
Dangerous goods safety advisor specializing in the carriage of dangerous goods by road (ADR), rail (RID), inland waterways (ADN), maritime (IMDG Code) and air transport (ICAO TI/IATA DGR). Expert in the field of chemical and hazardous goods storage. Court-appointed expert at the District Court in Lublin. Lecturer and professional trainer in the field, delivering courses, training programs and workshops.
Collaborates with research institutes, military units, and enterprises in the transport and logistics sector, as well as in the chemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, energy, fuel, and electrical industries. Co-author of a polish patent — Method of producing an organic-mineral fertilizer (PL409787). Author of books, manuals, and specialist publications in journals dedicated to chemistry, transport, and occupational safety. Founder and owner of Safety Advisor.
