Chemical emergency response training – hazard identification and decontamination

The aim of this training is to introduce participants to the fundamentals of chemical emergency response.

The programme covers:

  • organisation of chemical and environmental emergency response systems,
  • hazards related to dangerous substances,
  • transport of dangerous goods,
  • substance identification methods,
  • personal and collective protective measures,
  • emergency response actions,
  • decontamination methods and techniques.

Target audience:

  • employees of chemical plants and other facilities handling chemicals,
  • personnel involved in chemical distribution,
  • warehouse staff (chemical sector),
  • individuals interested in chemical emergency response.

Training and examination

The duration and scope are tailored individually. The training concludes with an internal examination. Participants receive a certificate upon successful completion.
